Australian Refrigeration Council (ARC) has presented a recommendation for refrigerant analysers to be an essential item as part of refrigeration and air conditioning workshop equipment.

Despite not being a legal requirement, ARC say the equipment is an investment when it comes to commercial and safety standards and aides in protecting against accidental and inadvertent contamination.
