Morning Session 1 – Current Best Practice in Managing Maintenance Contracts in FM

Maintenance management is a key component of the FM function. Maintenance of assets and equipment is directly related to their effective and efficient operation and, in fact, overall lifecycle. A large proportion of maintenance is now outsourced to drive organisational efficiency and to improve the productivity of assets.
