Jodi has over 26 years’ experience in operational management and leads the customer interface for the A.G Coombs Group of companies through the National Customer Service Centre.

Jodi has attended international forums and seeks out the latest technology and analytics for system improvements in combination with upskilling of her team to lead this revolution for the A.G Coombs group.
Jodi recognizes a strong relationship with customers is key to ensuring a collaborative approach taking an active role engaging with customers to better understand their needs.

Jodi works with Agile methodologies focused on customer-centricity, adaptive planning, evolutionary development, early delivery, and continuous improvement outcomes.
