Strategic Relationship Director, MA Services Group with a primary role to deliver internal & external strategic relationship management, develop and manage strategies to achieve profitable revenue including growth opportunities, target risk assessments including contract compliance, prepare and deliver contract reporting including contract negotiation and to ensure service delivery at optimum levels by assisting and providing support to Operational team.

With a commitment to excellence and a forward-thinking approach, I am passionate about leveraging emerging trends and technologies to enhance collaboration and drive sustainable growth and dedicated to staying at the forefront of industry developments to ensure clients and partners benefit from the latest innovations.
I have been involved in Facility services for over 20 years in Senior Account Lead roles on both State and National portfolios.
