Lou has been involved in the service industry for over 35 years.
During this time Lou experience spans across an extensive number of service industry sectors and held numerous key management roles across a number of industries:
During Lou’s career his focus has been always on Building or Restructuring Businesses for tomorrow, His knowledge in contract negotiations spans from corporate services contracts to Industrial Relations negotiations, together with a wide range of management positions/experience within large public and private organisations.
Lou understands the needs of the Client and formulating these into operational tasks thus ensuring a seamless transition and continued service provision.
Lou has the following qualifications: Postgraduate in Marketing, Tourism & Hospitality, Grad Diploma of Business and completed Defence Industry Study Course (DISC.) Diploma.
