Paul Sor has been working in Facilities Management for 20 years, first at Medibank Private, then Jenny Craig, and more recently at LifeBlood and the Red Cross Society. Trained as an accountant (shhh don't let that be widely known) he soon realised he was more interested in doing tangible activities, and after a stint in sales and marketing he ended up in FM. With both residential and commercial building licenses, a Cert IV in WHS and an old tired B com, Paul calls himself a specialist generalist, who works with others to get the best outcomes for his stakeholders.
