Victorian Government Commit to $9 Million Sustainability Skilling Upscaling

A major investment into the Victorian environmental sustainability and clean technology sectors has been announced. The State Government initiative will work with RMIT University and TAFEs statewide to implement new 'Skill Set' programs aimed at enhancing capabilities related to efficient building design and operation, building practices, circular design, and manufacturing.

With a heavy intersection with the state's Net-Zero goals, initial pilots are already underway and have proven successful.

Victoria has remained consistent in reaching its climate targets as it builds toward a renewable energy mix of 95% by 2035.
