Jane Frewen 

Director of Facilities Management - Woolworths

 Jane Frewen is the Director of Woolworths 360 Facilities Management. Jane started with Woolworths in 2017 where she arrived as Business Enablement Manager and then General Manager Facilities. Jane now leads a team of over 800, including a senior leadership team of 30. Jane leads the transformation program for the Facilities asset systems, winning the excellence in Facilities for Retail award 2021 through the Facilities Management Association of Australia. Jane is an experienced Facilities Manager with over 20 years experience driving innovation and long term strategic and environmental initiatives. Jane has progressed through various roles in Facilities Support Services on large scale construction and corporate sectors both in-house and as a consultant provider. Jane spent 10 years in Facilities in both the UK and Middle East, delivering both Residential and Commercial projects. In 2014, Jane joined the Spotless Group on the International Convention Centre Public Private Partnership where she specialised in the design, mobilisation and operation for the Facilities of the International Convention Centre. Jane has also held senior roles in Etihad Airways, Jemena, Masdar Institute of science and Technology prior to joining Woolworths Group.

Erin Cahill 

National Projects, Optimisation & Customer Service Centre Manager - GJK

Erin joined GJK in an operational support role in 2019 and within 18 months had been installed as National Projects, Optimisation, and Customer Service Centre Manager. Her passion for organisation and structure, and a talent for critical thinking, made her perfect for this pivotal client-facing role. 
With over 10 years’ experience gained in customer service, she manages a team who engage directly with operational staff to ensure client’s needs are met and addressed in full.
Erin is currently overseeing the implementation of GJKs new financial and operational management system which will support the continued growth of the business nationally. 
Often regarded as an essential link between the executive and what’s happening on the ground, Erin’s customer expertise has served her well to navigate the ever-changing landscape of both client and business requirements.

Sammantha Pepper 

Deputy Director Infrastructure - Box Hill Institute

Sam Pepper is the Deputy Director of Infrastructure a Box Hill Institute. The Infrastructure team manages the TAFE’s Capital Projects, Facilities, Leasing and Timetabling. 
Background - Studied Architecture at Melbourne’s RMIT and worked in the UK and Melbourne for 12 years in an Architectural capacity on residential, retail, commercial and entertainment projects, before moving into Project/Program Management roles in Public Housing (Department of Housing, predominantly Disability, Homeless Housing and the regeneration of Heidelberg Project) and Education (Department of Higher Education and Skills) sectors. 
Sam has worked for Box Hill Institute for the last 7 years in Project Director and Facilities Management roles overseeing the organisations Strategic Capital Works Projects and general Facilities Management. During this time, Sam has also completed an Executive Masters in Public Administration at AZSOG. (Australian New Zealand School of Government). 

Sophie Anderson

Apprentice Refrigeration Technician - Woolworths

 After leaving school, Sophie trained in nursing on the Northern Beaches and continued in that profession for ten years. She then spent a further eight years living and working abroad in various industries before returning home to Australia. After returning home, Sophie enrolled in the NSW TAFE Smart and Skilled program where she completed a Cert II in Electrotechnology which is a beneficial pre-apprenticeship training. When the Woolworths apprenticeship recruitment campaign got underway in late 2021, Sophie came highly recommended from TAFE and was encouraged to apply for the Cohort 3 Apprentice Program. She started working for Woolworths in January 2022 and hasn’t looked back. Since joining the team, Sophie has worked within the Sydney CBD and Northern beaches learning her craft at some of our busiest stores. Sophie has also participated in a number of videos and promotional campaigns on behalf of Woolworths Facilities Management. “I'm so pleased with how far I've come over the last year and a half. From having no trades experience and zero knowledge in refrigeration/electrical concepts, to feeling confident with my classroom learning and small hands-on jobs in the field - I still have a long and challenging journey ahead, but I know that I have the support of my team and colleagues which I'm so grateful for.”
