FMA QLD Branch Committee invites you to celebrate World FM Day 2024 on Thursday 9 May 2024. This year's theme Ignite your career in FM.
This luncheon will be a celebration of the people and places that make up facilities management in Queensland, while acknowledging the importance that FM plays in our immediate and global community
Following a presentation from an esteemed guest speaker, all attendees will then have an opportunity to liaise, network, and recognise this occassion with fellow FM professionals.

Caitlin Donaldson, Partner AMZ - Knight Frank
Recently moving into the role of Partner, Head of Asset Management Services, Caitlin’s role is defined by business development and direction, team leadership and financial management. Caitlin is responsible for aligning the Queensland business with AMS National’s objective and works closely with the leadership team in Sydney to achieve this. Caitlin is a skilled and knowledgeable property professional with over 20 years of management experience across various sectors. Caitlin has strong relationships with her clients and tenants with a hands-on, practical approach to management. She has held major client portfolio roles for KFP, 151 Property (formerly Valad) and AXA-IM, including overseeing and managing a range of Commercial, Retail and Industrial assets on behalf of institutional and private clients and has been involved with major refurbishment projects. Caitlin has a strong sustainability focus and has proactively managed a number of commercial assets to achieve significant increases in NABERS ratings through a strong understanding of how to attain the best from the building’s systems.
Dave Peterkin, SEQ Water Head of Facilities
Dave started his Facilities Management career with Brookfield over 12 years ago after graduating and has since managed facilities portfolios for large blue-chip organisation's such as Energy Queensland, Rio Tinto and Virgin Australia. He has experience leading teams to deliver comprehensive real estate services including facilities management, workplace, projects, property management and portfolio strategy. In 2016 he was awarded Young Achiever of the Year by the Facilities Management Association of Australia at their annual national awards. Dave is currently the Head of Facilities Management at Seqwater and holds a Bachelor of Business and Commerce (Property Economics), and a Master of Property Investment and Development.
Robert Coe, Head of FM QLD & National Contracts - Programmed
Robert has more than 20 years of facilities and property experience across a diverse range of industry sectors, He has a Masters in Data Science, Strategy & Leadership and is recognised for delivering exceptional results in areas of vision and mission planning, infrastructure and asset management, change management programs, business development, customer engagement and contract and commercial management.
